What Lutheran.app Is
Lutheran.app is ministry management software for churches. Churches use it to manage ministries, events, rotations, sign-ups, reminders, invitations, and member participation.
Information We Process
Depending on how a church uses the app, Lutheran.app may process account details, church membership records, household information, ministry participation, event assignments, invitation activity, reminder preferences, uploaded documents, and usage or diagnostic information needed to operate the service.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide the app, authenticate users, display church records to authorized people, coordinate ministry participation, send requested reminders or invitations, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Church Records
Each church controls the records it enters into Lutheran.app. Church administrators decide who can view or manage their congregation's records. Members of one church cannot browse another church's records through the app.
Service Providers
Lutheran.app relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, analytics, error monitoring, and email delivery. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.
No Ads Or Data Sales
Lutheran.app does not run advertising in the app and does not sell church or member information.
Data Requests
Members should contact their church administrator for corrections to church records. Sign-in account deletion is available in the app and at lutheran.app/delete-account. Churches may contact Lutheran.app support for help exporting, correcting, or deleting records where appropriate.
